Dr. Andrew Carrell graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science; he then completed his Doctoral studies at Regis University in Denver, CO with an emphasis on Manual Therapy. He has utilized his skills in a variety of settings including outpatient clinics, hospitals, home health and pediatric physical therapy.
Dr Carrell has additional training in instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (Graston), pediatrics, Applied functional science, Redcord/Neurac, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and pregnancy and postpartum pain. He believes that every patient is an individual with a unique situation and customizes his treatments to meet those needs.
Dr Carrell has participated in many recreational sports. He enjoys dancing and competed on a World Championship level dance team, but has to admit that his wife has always been his favorite dance partner. He absolutely loves raising his two little boys and so far can’t top the job title of “dad.”
Dr Carrell believes that “the symptom is the victim” and focuses on a holistic treatment approach. Without balance in your body you cannot achieve your peak performance-be it in athletics, work, or recreation. He is ready to help you reach or exceed your peak.
